At Cornerstone Educational Consulting, LLC, we are passionate about serving parents, students, and educational stakeholders by utilizing our skills and knowledge to provide educational solutions to support optimal learning for all students. In addition, we strive to help families bridge the gap academically and behaviorally to support student success at school. Furthermore, we provide professional development opportunities to educational stakeholders. Finally, we are available to provide consultations for teachers and guidance counselors that may need classroom and organizational strategies to assist with daily duties and responsibilities.

Meet the Founder; Lateshia Martin, Ed.D
Dr. Martin has a plethora of K-12 educational experience as a teacher, school counselor, and dean. Also, she has been privileged to serve students at the elementary, secondary, and collegiate level. Dr. Martin has the following educational expertise, certifications, and training:
- Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership
- Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Certified K-12 Teaching and School Counseling
- Certified in Adult Administration
- Expertise with Blackboard and Instructional Design
- Expertise with at-risk youth and students with special needs
- Experience with Closing the Achievement Gap (CTAG), De-Escalation Strategies for Conflict Resolution, Differentiated Instruction, and Love and Logic
